We’re a small but mighty team of two smart, savvy, and resourceful women with a combined experience of 20+ years helping small businesses, entrepreneurs, and non-profits.

Founded by two passionate East Coast women—Leslie Keough (the Dock) and Candace Osmond (the Dory)—we combine operational brilliance with creative strategies to help your business or non-profit grow, get seen, and make an impact.

I specialize in helping business owners get organized, avoid burnout, and run smoother operations through bookkeeping, systems, and automation—especially systems that work with your brain, not against it (because trust me, as someone with ADHD, I get it). 

So, whether you need financial clarity or someone to finally take those back-end tasks off your plate, I’m your gal.

As someone with a hyper-creative, always-on brain, I get how overwhelming the online world can feel. That’s why I love building simple, effective social and marketing strategies for fellow business owners with beautifully busy minds.

I’m a creative strategist with about 72 tabs open in my brain at all times. Overthinking? Yep. Overdelivering? Always. I’ve learned how to turn that mental chaos into streamlined marketing systems that actually work—for my clients and for me.
